Services

Pharionxphim provides 3D printing services including rapid prototyping, custom models, and industrial solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Design Files

You are responsible for ensuring that any design files you submit:

• Do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Are not illegal, harmful, or violate any applicable laws
• Are in a format we can process (STL, OBJ, or other supported formats)
• Are properly prepared and ready for printing

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed upon review of your design files. Payment is required before production begins unless other arrangements have been made.

Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and current workload. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Quality Assurance

We strive to produce high-quality prints that meet your specifications. However, variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. Minor imperfections are normal and do not constitute defects.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your design files. By submitting files, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of providing 3D printing services. We will not reproduce, distribute, or use your designs for any other purpose without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharionxphim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pharionxphim from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
