Pharionxphim is committed to providing high-quality 3D printing services. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All 3D printed items are custom-made based on your specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled unless there is a significant error on our part.
If you receive a product that is significantly different from what was agreed upon or has manufacturing defects that affect functionality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and may offer:
Minor imperfections such as layer lines, support marks, or slight color variations are normal in 3D printing and do not constitute defects. However, if quality issues significantly impact the product's intended use, please contact us.
If errors in your design file result in an unsatisfactory print, we are not responsible for reprints. We recommend reviewing your design files carefully before submission. We can provide guidance on file preparation upon request.
To initiate a return or request a refund:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
If a return is approved, you may be required to ship the item back to us at your expense. We will provide return shipping instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.
